Mamta Rawat

Mamta Rawat's work experience starts in 2016 as a Management Intern at Info Edge India Ltd. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at NLB Services as a Corporate Human Resources professional, where they were responsible for various HR functions and implementing HR strategies. In 2019, they joined Mindlance as a Sr. Corporate HR, where they played a key role in the company's growth and was recognized as one of the best performing partners to leading MSP programs. Currently, Mamta is working as the Lead Corporate HR at Innova Solutions, a position they assumed in February 2021.

Mamta Rawat pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Mamta later decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Sharda Group of Institutions from 2015 to 2017.
