Sandip Ghosh

Sandip Ghosh has over 20 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity. Sandip is currently serving as the SVP Global Head of Cybersecurity at Innova Solutions, where they are leading the reimagining and relaunch of their Cybersecurity and Risk Management services. Their responsibilities include core modernization, digital transformation, intelligent automation, security of things, and risk management.

Prior to their current role, Sandip worked at HCL America, Inc. as a Senior Director, where they were responsible for relationship building and strategic discussions with clients to enhance their cybersecurity posture. Their focus was primarily on the financial services sector and other verticals, striving for organizational growth and delivery excellence.

Before that, Sandip held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they managed and delivered end-to-end projects for customers. Sandip utilized matured internal tools and technology frameworks to ensure quality and on-time deliveries. Sandip also worked on transformative ideas with customers to resolve existing challenges and drove thought leadership discussions.

Earlier in their career, Sandip served as a Practice Director and Practice Lead at Wipro Technologies. Sandip built and managed the Consulting and System Integration practice for the Infrastructure Security group, providing end-to-end services from sales to successful project delivery. Sandip also worked as a Security Manager, addressing resource and competency management, and as a Security Consultant, executing security audit, consulting, design, and implementation projects.

Sandip began their career as a Security Engineer at AGILISYS MANAGED SERVICES LIMITED and the Security Organisation. Sandip also has experience as a Senior Electronics Engineer at a leading newspaper group.

Sandip Ghosh attended SES College Of Engineering Kopergaon from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics.
