Shantala Sadananda

Shantala Sadananda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, currently serving as President & Global Head of BFS, CME & Emerging Markets at Innova Solutions since February 2023. Previously, Shantala held the role of EVP & RMD, Global Head of Banking, Financial Services & Partnerships & Alliances at Globant, where the focus was on leveraging technology for business growth. Prior positions include Senior Vice President at Hexaware Technologies, President at Mindcrest, and Executive Vice President at Capgemini, where Shantala held various leadership roles across multiple regions. Shantala began a career in software development at Reliance, following an educational background that includes a Post Graduation in Operational Research & Management from the University of Mumbai, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SSGM College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Business from Andhra University.
