Leslie Prizant

Leslie Prizant serves as General Counsel for InnovaCare Health. In this role, she oversees the company’s legal matters and serves as a trusted advisor to the corporate and subsidiary leadership teams. With a strong background in healthcare law, Prizant brings 15+ years of experience to her current position, having held several leadership positions at growing healthcare companies.

Prior to InnovaCare, Prizant served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Prospect Medical Holdings, a California-based integrated healthcare system and provider of a broad range of acute care health services and accountable care organizations across the United States. Prizant’s previous leadership experience has included Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CarePoint Health System in New Jersey and Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Health Management Associates, Inc. which operated 72 hospitals in 15 states before merging into Community Health System. Prizant began her legal career as a healthcare attorney in national law firms based in Alabama and Florida.

Prizant earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Public Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her J.D. from Samford University.
