Michael Holland

Michael Holland serves as the Chief Development Officer for InnovaCare Health where he oversees InnovaCare’s growth strategy and leads the overall development initiatives, strategic acquisitions and partnerships for the organization.

Holland previously served as Chief Development Officer with U.S. Anesthesia Partners in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he led all acquisition and partnership efforts for the physician services organization. During his time with U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Holland completed more than 30 acquisitions totaling ~$1B in revenue. In addition to overseeing all aspects of the M&A function, he was a key participant in developing and driving strategy and initial ramp-up of various operational functions.

Prior to U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Holland held positions at prominent investment banking firms in California and Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University, followed by his J.D. as a Stone Scholar from Columbia University School of Law.
