About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the development and launch of our products in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, product management expertise, and experience working with government agencies. The Director, Product Management will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success.

A Day in the Life

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for government sector products
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities
• Lead product discovery, definition, and launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch
• Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and associate product managers
• Establish thought leadership in the government sector through:
  • Speaking engagements at industry conferences and events
  • Publishing articles and whitepapers on government healthcare topics
  • Participating in government committees and working groups
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key government influencers and decision-makers
  • Collaborating with industry partners to advance government healthcare initiatives

 What You Need

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare or government sectors
• Proven track record of launching successful products in the government sector
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

What You Need

• Experience with healthcare data analytics and interoperability standards
• Knowledge of government healthcare programs and policies
• Certification in product management or a related field
• Established network of government contacts and industry relationships
