VP, Customer Success at Innovaccer

Vikram Khanna is currently the VP of Customer Success at Innovaccer. Vikram has previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2012 to July 2015, and as a Senior Process TD Engineer at Intel from June 2006 to May 2011.

At McKinsey & Company, Vikram led teams and served clients in various industries globally to develop & execute strategy and implement and manage large scale transformations spanning across various functions and business units.

At Intel, Vikram led projects to develop, ramp and sustain new process technologies, reduce BOM costs, improve equipment utilization and ensure “copy exact” process transfers to other high volume factories in New Mexico, Colorado and Ireland. Vikram's responsibilities included effective monitoring/control and maintenance of the process/toolset/equipment during various technology cycles and balancing the demands of cost, quality and output in order to ensure that the product meets the requisite standards while ensuring profitability. Vikram also worked on development projects for robust sustaining as well as for the transfer of new technologies.

Vikram Khanna has a Ph.D in Materials Science from UC Santa Barbara, a B. Tech in materials science and metallurgy from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and certification from Coursera in Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Python for Everybody Specialization, Stanford Online - Machine Learning, and Business Transformation with Google Cloud. Vikram is also a PADI Open Water Diver.

They are on a team with and Hemant Gupta - AVP, Customer Innovation. Vikram Khanna reports to Inder Sidhu, Chief Customer Officer.
