Dawn has more than two decades of experience improving fundraising performance through the development of innovative strategic plans, multichannel integration, the unique application of analytics, and strong fiscal management.

At Innovairre, Dawn leads a team of forward-thinking strategists dedicated to exceeding our clients' fundraising goals through plans that can include direct mail, digital, CRM, major gifts, and/or planned giving. In this role, Dawn was the mastermind behind several proprietary analytical tools that drive exceptional fundraising results.

Before joining Innovairre, Dawn served as a Senior Vice President at Barton Cotton. Dawn is active in her community, helping local nonprofit organizations.
