Fermin Barragan

Fermin Barragan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fermin started their career at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they served as a Logistics Operations Management Senior Analyst, overseeing operational and financial indicators. Fermin also participated in the Industrial Talent Program, managing capex projects.

Fermin then moved on to work at TN&Platex, where they were a Project Leader responsible for process improvement projects and the development of a web platform for various areas. Fermin later became a Project Engineer for the company.

Fermin co-founded Greta Project - Urtrash and served as a Founder for a period of time.

Fermin joined Sodimac as a Product Ecommerce Operations Manager, focusing on developing logistic and operational models to promote e-commerce and improve product availability on the web platform.

Fermin worked at FOB as a Business Development Manager, leading the online freight forwarding company's technology-driven logistics operations.

Fermin was a Co-Founder & CBO at Maate, a company that developed a virtual classroom platform for personalized learning experiences.

Fermin was a Growth Hacker at Seeds | sembramos talento, where they developed scalable and automated commercial processes for sales growth.

Fermin then joined Virds as a Partner, contributing to the development and implementation of unique digital products and processes.

Currently, they hold the position of Global Business Strategist at Innovamat, leading new commercial initiatives and business strategies for the EdTech company, with a focus on International Baccalaureate expansion.

Fermin Barragan's education history is as follows:

From 2019 to 2020, Fermin attended EAE Business School and completed a Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

In 2018, Fermin enrolled in the Project Management Executive Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In the same year, they also completed a Posgrado en Logística y Supply Chain at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

Their undergraduate education took place from 2009 to 2014 at Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Prior to their university education, Fermin attended Instituto Secundario de Rauch, Buenos Aires, from 2004 to 2008, with a focus on natural sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Fermin also obtained various certifications. In May 2021, they participated in the Purpose Challenge offered by Purpose Alliance. In October 2020, they completed Design Thinking and Smart Cities minors at EAE Business School. Other certifications include Big Data without mysteries from edX in April 2019, Open Water Diver from the SNSI in February 2019, Técnico Cervecero from Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes in June 2015, and Six Sigma White Belt from Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes in February 2015.
