Brad Rodgers

EPDM/Cad & Resource Manager at Innovasea

Brad Rodgers has a diverse work experience in various roles related to engineering and design. Brad started their career in 1987 at Baker Company, where they worked as a Mechnical/Sheet Metal Designer, creating containment atmospheres and biocontainment cabinets. From 1993 to 1996, they worked at AMF as a Mechanical/Sheet Metal Designer, primarily focusing on front and rear house machinery for bowling lanes. Brad then joined FoodPlant Engineering in 1996 as an Architectural Drafter/Computer support, contributing to the design and construction of food storage warehouses.

In 1997, Brad worked as a Cad Designer at New England Homes, specializing in modular home design and drafting. Brad implemented and set up AutoCAD 2000 software during their time there. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at MBraun, Inc as a Mechanical/Sheet Metal Designer, where they created and modified assemblies and sub-assemblies for large-scale projects.

Starting in 2005, Brad worked at Kaiser Systems Inc. as a Mechanical Designer/Detailer. Brad installed and administered Solid Works software while creating part libraries and templates. From 2011 to 2015, they were employed as a Mechanical Engineer at Panel Claw, Inc., where they served as a SolidWorks Administrator and helped create and modify assemblies and sub-assemblies.

In 2015, Brad worked at Ipswich Bay Glass Co. Inc as a Composite Panel Designer before joining Lawton Welding Co., Inc. as a Steel & Railing Detailer from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Innovasea as an EPDM/Cad & Resource Manager, providing design and drawing support for multiple projects and engineers. Brad also maintains BOMs and supports ERP information.

Brad Rodgers attended New Hampshire Community Technical College at Manchester from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology.
