Bob Gass

Bob Gass has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting in 1994 as the Corporate Director of Safety and Risk Management at Premium Standard Farms. Bob later worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC in various management positions from 2005 to 2010. Bob then joined Cameron Insurance Companies, where they served as a Senior Loss Control Representative and later as an Underwriting Supervisor. In 2018, they joined CFM Insurance Inc as the Vice President of Underwriting and Policy Compliance and then became the Senior Vice President in the same department. Currently, Bob Gass is with Innovated Holdings, Inc, where they have held multiple roles, including Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief of Staff, and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

Bob Gass holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Missouri. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in 2017, AINS from The Institutes in 2013, and AFIS certification from IRMI. Bob also has an ARM certification, although the institution is not specified.
