Kasia Slobozian has over 19 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry. Kasia (Katarzyna) currently works as a Project Lead for Digital Banking at Innovation Credit Union since August 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Business Analyst at Celero Solutions from January to August 2020. Kasia also has extensive experience at Assiniboine Credit Union, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Team Lead for Digital Banking, Corporate Risk Officer, Business Systems Analyst, Banking System Support, and Banking System SME from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Member Service Representative at Assiniboine Credit Union (as Vantis CU), Crosstown Civic Credit Union (as Civic Credit Union), and North Peace Savings & Credit Union.

Kasia (Katarzyna) Slobozian obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 2016. Kasia (Katarzyna) also holds a Certificate in Business Analyst from Red River College Polytechnic.
