Katrina Sill

Associate Director, Right-Fit Evidence at Innovations for Poverty Action

Katrina Sill is an Associate Director for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit where she leads external engagements, advising partners on the effective use of evidence and data. Prior to joining IPA, she was the Impact Division Director at One Acre Fund Tanzania, where she led the applied research departments to improve the program's impact portfolio for smallholder farmers. Katrina previously worked in international development and education across East Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia as well as in the U.S. She holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Communication.
