Brian J. Wolfe

Brian J. Wolfe is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Innovative Industrial Properties. Brian has over 15 years of experience in corporate and securities law. Brian previously worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where they represented public and private companies in a broad range of industries in areas including corporate and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Prior to that, Brian worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Robertson Stephens. Brian has a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Brian J. Wolfe received their Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Harvard University.
