Cybersecurity Lead Pacific at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc.

Kenneth Pounds has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information assurance. Kenneth began their career in 2010 as a Security Program Manager Department Head at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, where they provided oversight and direction for various security disciplines. In 2013, they joined HQ US Pacific Commander as an Information Assurance Program Manager, leading the development and implementation of an Information Assurance Program and overseeing secure network installations.

In 2014, Kenneth transitioned to HQ US European Commander as a Cybersecurity Program Manager, where they managed cybersecurity initiatives and international cyber engagements. Kenneth then served as an Information System Security Manager at HQ US Army, Pacific from 2017 to 2020, ensuring the security of information systems.

Currently, Kenneth holds the position of Cybersecurity Lead Pacific at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. since April 2020. In this role, they work directly with the U.S. military across the Pacific, providing cybersecurity leadership and support.

Kenneth Pounds completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Hawaii Pacific University from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at the same university from 1990 to 1992.
