Melinda Bonfig

Melinda Bonfig has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Melinda is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Innovative Office Solutions since July 2023. Prior to that, they held various senior management roles at Ricoh USA, Inc., including Sr. Manager of Customer Engagement and Sr. Manager of Field Support. Melinda also worked at The Toro Company as the RLC Inside Sales Manager and at Ricoh Business Solutions as the Sr. Mgr. Customer Administration for the Midwest Region. Before that, they began their career at Coordinated Business Systems as an Inside Sales Representative. Melinda Bonfig has extensive experience in overseeing customer support teams, order processing, billing operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Melinda Bonfig obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism / Business Administration from Creighton University. Melinda attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
