Kellie Alexander, MBA, has over 15 years of diverse experience in strategic planning, operations, and human resources, currently serving as a Strategic Planning & Operations Consultant at Toyota North America since May 2017. Kellie has led cross-functional working groups to develop Regional Operating Models for HR and has managed HR Governance policies. Previous roles include Consultant for Workforce Performance Planning at Toyota, where coordination of HR activities for over 300 team members was key, and HR Organization Design Effectiveness Analyst, automating organizational charts across the enterprise.
