Julie Collins

Julie Collins is the Chief Financial Officer for IST. She brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting/planning, tax planning/compliance to help drive profitable growth for IST.

Julie joins us from Alston & Bird, an AM Law 200 international law firm, where she held several leadership roles including most recently Senior Manager of Accounting & Partner Compensation. Her career started in corporate tax consulting/compliance for Ernst & Young. She spent 10 years with Delta Air Lines learning the systems thinking required to help Fortune 500 companies operate effectively and efficiently. And most recently, Julie spent 12 years with Alston & Bird, working to identify and to implement the financial systems, processes and technology needed to propel a growing international law firm. She is excited to bring these diverse skills and perspectives together to develop innovative solutions for IST.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Masters in Taxation and Bachelors in Accounting. She is a certified public accountant.

When she isn’t running the numbers, she’s literally running outdoors. She enjoys distance running, triathlons, water sports and section hiking with her husband, son, and Carolina Dog, Violet. Julie is married and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
