Shagun Dubey

Shagun Dubey is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in educational roles, currently serving at Innovatiview since March 2024 and previously holding the same title at LEAD School from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior to these positions, Shagun worked as an Assistant Manager Training and Education Counsellor at ASTROWANDERER Education from September 2018 to May 2022. Early career experience includes a role as an Astronomy Educator at Space Technology & Education Pvt Ltd, teaching in several reputable schools in Delhi, and serving as a Science Teacher at St. Lawrence Intercollege Lucknow. Shagun began professional training as a Research Trainee at Rass Biosolution Pvt. Ltd. in early 2015. Academically, Shagun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Amity University Noida and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cellular and Molecular Diagnostics from The Oxford College of Science.
