Nourhan Elshemy

Nourhan Elshemy is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Operations Manager at Majid Al Futtaim since November 2022, Nourhan is responsible for shaping the L&D roadmap across 16 countries and promoting a robust learning culture within MAF Retail. Previously, Nourhan held senior positions at Swvl and Amazon, along with roles at fetchr and Vodafone, where responsibilities included designing training programs, conducting regular gap analysis, and ensuring the development of employee competencies. Nourhan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of East London, building on a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University.
