Štefan Bellus

Štefan Bellus has work experience as a Software Developer/Team leader at Innovatrics since January 2018. In this role, they are responsible for creating shippable packages from R&D team biometrics algorithms for various platforms and operating systems. Štefan ensures the high quality of packages through testing and continuous integration. Štefan also utilizes package management and groovy libraries, as well as dockers for Jenkins.

Before working at Innovatrics, Štefan worked at Frequentis as a Software Developer/Leading Expert/SCRUM Master from October 2000 to December 2017. As a Scrum Master, they facilitated discussions on backlog refinement and retrospective meetings, and addressed any impediments. Štefan ensured that all estimated stories were clear and thoroughly discussed by developers. The team they worked with consisted of 2-5 developers.

Štefan Bellus attended Gymnasium Jura Hronca from 1990 to 1994. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree or studied any particular field during this time. From 1994 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Telecomunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, earning the degree of Ing. In September 2015, Bellus obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance.
