Cyndi Dickenson, MBA, PMP, CSM

Cyndi Dickenson, MBA, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of experience in Program and Business Management. Cyndi is currently a Program Manager at Innovatus Technology Consulting and Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG). Prior to that, they were Manager Program Management at Newport News Shipbuilding, A Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries from 2007 to 2022. From 2005 to 2007, they were Manager Programs at Bon Secours Home Health & Hospice, and from 1998 to 2005, they were Manager Business Management at Harry S. Conn, DDS.

Cyndi Dickenson holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University (2022-2025), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University. Cyndi also holds a Certificate of Lean Practice from Old Dominion University (2010), a Production Planning Course Certificate from East Carolina University (2010), and an Effective Communication & Human Relations Certificate from University of Central Missouri (2011). In addition, they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (2020) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. (2022).
