Nataliia Zub

Nataliya acted as Executive Manager and Consultant for a number of international hi-tech enterprises, start-up projects, and new market entries. Her goal was to set up and scale their businesses across Software and Hardware Engineering Products and Services.

Since 2012, she has served as an executive manager at Innovecs and has been involved in building the well-known company from the ground up in the highly competitive market.

She has gone through her career path at Innovecs by holding the positions of VP of Corporate Development and VP of Delivery.

Currently, she is leading the Corporate Systems department by ensuring compliance, scalability, and sustainability of all the Company processes. In this role, she is responsible for complex ERP system management: design, development, orchestration, integration, release management, support as well as driving new R&D products from the idea to MVP.

Her key focus is to enable data-driven decision-making and valuable business insights for the Board through innovative technologies, real-time dashboards, forecasts, BI, predictive analytics, and what-if analysis tools.

Nataliya earned her master’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. She also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from National Pedagogical University.
