Ephraim Kahan

Ephraim Kahan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Ephraim started their career as an Actuarial Summer Intern at Chubb in 2009, where they performed quarterly reserve analysis and created summary exhibits for yearend reserves analysis.

From 2010 to 2012, Ephraim worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Guy Carpenter, focusing on actuarial analysis. Ephraim then joined Willis Re as an Actuarial Analyst, where they presented findings to clients and led analytics for property/casualty regional clients. Ephraim later became a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Willis Re, working on projects relating to enterprise risk management and predictive modeling.

In 2017, Ephraim joined Markel Corporation as a Senior Reinsurance Analyst, responsible for managing and analyzing data for reinsurance renewals. Ephraim also compiled financial reports and conducted research on reinsurer financial data.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Data Analytics Manager at The Espeland Group (Allstate), overseeing data analytics activities.

Most recently, Ephraim joined Innoveo in 2020. Ephraim first served as a Solutions Engineering (PreSales) Manager, leading a team of sales engineers and providing technical expertise. Ephraim then became the Head of Solutions / Pre-Sales - Americas, before assuming their current role as Global Head of Solutions. In this position, they lead a global team and collaborates with customers and insurer teams to understand business requirements and demonstrate the platform's capabilities as an insurance subject matter expert.

From 2007 to 2010, Ephraim Kahan attended Touro University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
