Joji has over 2 decades of experience, having held leadership roles across Technology, Systems Integration, Operation and Delivery profiles.

He has a keen interest in innovation and a penchant for problem solving and has led multiple cross functional teams across the world

Before joining Innoveo he headed the Technology and Operations divisions for a Value added Services company in the Telecom domain, where he was one of the early employees, responsible for designing and implementing solutions for leading Telecom Service Providers globally.
