Bonnie S. Black

Bonnie S. Black is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Innovex, Bonnie provides strategic oversight and collaborates with company leaders on global business expansion. Bonnie spent over 16 years at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President for Technology and Operations Support, leading teams in technology solutions, supply chain management, and sustainability efforts. Additional leadership positions at Pioneer included Vice President of Drilling and Vice President of Environmental & Sustainable Development. Bonnie also held key roles at Alaska Clean Seas, Equinox Consulting, and Weston Solutions, with a strong focus on HSE and engineering. Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
