Deb Adler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Deb is currently working as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Innovia Consulting since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ChargeLogic for over 12 years, starting as a Sr. Partner Channel Manager in April 2008 and staying until June 2020. At ChargeLogic, Deb was responsible for partner prospects, onboarding, technical pre-sales discovery, training, and consulting. Before joining ChargeLogic, they worked at Bernan Associates as a Sr. Manager, Client Services. During their time there from 2004 to 2008, they managed operations and customer service, built long-term client relationships, and focused on delivering superior service. Prior to that, they worked at ABS Consulting Group, Inc. as a Manager, Administrative Services. From 1999 to 2004, Deb oversaw and coordinated customer service, administrative functions, and departmental supervisors for 5 departments in a training, consulting, and publishing company. Deb was responsible for establishing and nurturing large wholesale accounts and maximizing efficiency in each area.

Deb Adler holds a BS degree in Business from the University of Maryland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Deb completed the Serenic Navigator 101- Financial Management certification in August 2008, followed by the Serenic Navigator Payroll & HR Implementation certification in September 2008. In August 2008, they also obtained the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Financials certification. Later, in April 2009, they completed the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Trade & Inventory certification. Their last certification was the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Core Setup and Finance, which they obtained in December 2012.
