The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Transformation is a pivotal leadership role at Innovid, with responsibilities encompassing Information Technology (IT), and Data Strategy oversight. This role is central to steering the company's strategic direction, ensuring the integration and alignment of IT initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The SVP will lead efforts to innovate and transform business processes, enhance data accessibility and utilization, and ensure the organization's technology infrastructure supports its marketing objectives and operational needs. 

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies across IT and Data Strategy. Ensure these strategies are in alignment with Innovid’s overall business goals and operational requirements.
  • Data Strategy and Governance: Oversee the enhancement of data accessibility, governance, and utilization across the organization. Develop and implement a data strategy that includes taxonomy, ontology, data standardization, and quality assurance.
  • Business Transformation: Drive the integration of IT and data capabilities to support business transformation efforts, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to leverage data and IT in strategic initiatives, thereby enhancing decision-making at the senior level and across the organization.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in leading business transformation initiatives, with a strong background in data strategy, business intelligence, IT, and project management within a leadership role. Experience in a large scale data migration project.
  • Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives that leverage data and technology to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: In-depth understanding of data governance principles and compliance regulations, including experience with third-party data management and audit processes (SOX, SOC2, MRC). 
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Outstanding analytical skills with the strategic foresight to utilize data in driving business excellence and transformation.

  • The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
