Luda Shefa

Luda Shefa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of QA at Innovid, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software QA Team Lead at Innovid, overseeing the company's QA team and being responsible for employee management, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Luda started this role in February 2021.

Before joining Innovid, Luda Shefa was a QA Engineer at TeleMessage from August 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they planned, wrote, and executed tests for a server-side distributed and parallel system responsible for managing messages across various protocols.

Luda Shefa also has experience in education. Luda worked as an Interior Design lecturer at Ashkelon College from May 2015 to February 2017, delivering software lectures and mentoring students in their final projects. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Professor at the College of Management Academic Studies from February 2015 to June 2016.

Their early career included a role as an IT Support Specialist at Calanit from January 2007 to January 2010.

Throughout their career, Luda Shefa has developed a deep understanding of QA processes and has been involved in both manual testing and managing QA teams. Luda has also gained expertise in software lectures and mentoring students.
