Nir Shchori

Nir Shchori has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and system administration. Nir is currently working at Innovid as a Software Engineering Team Lead since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Innovid as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2021 to January 2023, and as a Full-stack Developer from December 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining Innovid, Nir worked at SAP. From August 2017 to November 2018, they served as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the Application Router, a Node.js library used for dispatching requests to backend microservices, authenticating users, and serving static content. Prior to this, they worked as a Student Software Developer from November 2015 to August 2017, where they developed SQL compiler API services for the SAP HANA Decision Framework, using technologies such as JavaScript, Python, JMeter, SQL, SQL Script, and ANTLR.

Nir's earlier experience includes working at TROT Ltd. as a System Administrator from May 2010 to September 2013. In this role, they provided technical solutions and investigated alternative methods for solving problems related to servers, network, operation systems, applications, virus isolation and removal, storage, and hardware. Nir was also responsible for LAN/WAN routers, bridges, hubs, and firewalls.

Nir started their career at Bank Leumi as an IT Support employee from November 2009 to November 2010. In this role, they provided front-end and remote support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues with internal systems, hardware maintenance, installations, applications, backups, and upgrades.

Before entering the industry, Nir served in the Israel Defense Forces as a System and Network Administrator from September 2007 to November 2009.

Nir Shchori earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. Nir attended the institution from 2013 to 2017.
