Murali Gopalakrishna Rao

Murali Gopalakrishna Rao has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Murali started their career at Theorem as a CSG Lead, where they focused on onboarding new processes and improving efficiency. After that, they worked at DF POWER SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Senior Project Engineer. Later, they joined Innoviti Technologies, where they held multiple positions including Project Manager, Relationship Manager, Senior Manager of Business Operations, Associate Vice President of Business Ops, Vice President of Service Ops & PMO, Vice President of Brand & Partner Alliances, and currently Senior Vice President of Brand & Partner Alliances. Throughout their career, Murali contributed to improving customer experience, implementing automated processes, reducing manual effort, and generating additional revenue through effective decision-making capabilities.

Murali Gopalakrishna Rao completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga, from 2002 to 2006. In 2023-2024, they pursued an Executive General Management program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In addition, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Business Management. Murali also obtained certifications in Project Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.
