Naama Buchbut Mardi

Naama Buchbut Mardi has extensive experience in quality operations within the technology and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Operations at Innoviz Technologies since February 2021, Naama leads supplier evaluation processes and VDA 6.3 audits. Prior to this role, Naama was with Tower Semiconductor from 2002 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading quality improvement projects, managing both internal and external audits as a QA Engineer, enhancing yield and reducing defects as an Inline Yield Engineer, and overseeing production area management.
