Rotem Tzarum

Rotem Tzarum is an accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and project management within high-tech industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Innoviz Technologies since January 2019, Tzarum leads a cross-functional team in advanced LiDAR production and testing. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing and Production Manager at Innoviz Technologies, Purchasing Manager at Ceragon Networks, where Tzarum managed a procurement team and streamlined purchasing processes, and Logistic Project Manager at Ceragon Networks, responsible for implementing new operational strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as PMO at Electra, where Tzarum oversaw project monitoring and profitability analysis in construction and electro-mechanics. Tzarum holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
