Rene de Murard, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership and coaching roles. Rene de Murard, MBA has a diverse education background with a focus on business and coaching. In 2002-2003, they attended IE Business School and obtained an Executive MBA. Continuing their education, in 2014, they attended MGSCC and received a certification in Behavioral Leadership Coaching. Additionally, Rene holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.

In terms of additional certifications, Rene has obtained several qualifications. In 2008, they completed a course on the DISC Model of Human Behavior presented by K2 Communications. In 2012, they became a certified user of Profiles International. In 2014, they obtained a certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching as a coach. This was followed by a certification as a Talent Q practitioner from Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2016. In 2019, Rene acquired the Certified Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360) Coach certification from Global Coach Group. In 2020, they completed the Leading like a Futurist course offered by LinkedIn and became a Certified Global Leadership Coach from Global Coach Group.

Lastly, in 2023, Rene received the Certified OKR Foundation certification from the OKR Institute, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field.
