Amy Bowes

Amy Bowes has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Amy worked as an Account Manager at Smashbox Cosmetics from an unknown date until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Agency Recruiter at various companies. In 2016, they joined Dropbox as an EMEA Sourcer & Sales Recruiter on a contract basis. Amy then worked at Airbnb as a Global Recruiter from April 2017 to July 2020, followed by a three-month break to travel Southeast Asia. In 2020, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at Personio until November 2021. From November 2021 to December 2022, Amy worked as a Senior Recruiter at Coinbase. More recently, in January 2023, they joined Matter Labs as the Business & Product Recruiting Lead.
