Andrée Makosso

Andrée Makosso has a comprehensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Human Resource Intern at Hilton, where they updated internal databases and screened resumes. They then moved on to work as a Human Resource Assistant at the Ministry of Urbanism and Housing, where they prepared reports, addressed employee queries, and distributed company policies. In 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Youth Events in Paris, where they updated databases, screened resumes, and organized interviews. They also held the same position at PALICAO, where they focused on recruitment. In 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AUTO1 Group and later at Contentsquare. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at INOCO.

From 2020 to 2021, Andrée attended ESGRH and obtained a Master 2 degree in Human Resources in International Mobility.

In 2018, Andrée studied at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and earned a B.TECH (Bachelor) in Human Resources Management.
