Kaushik Nag, SPHR, CPMI, PCCP has over 30 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Their most recent role is Senior Director HR (Global Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility) at Inogen, where they lead the global talent acquisition function and develops talent assessment processes. Prior to that, Kaushik worked as a Chief HR Advisor and Coach, providing HR advisory services to global companies and coaching individuals in job search and career development. KAUSHIK also worked as a Management Consultant at North Highland, helping Fortune 500 companies with talent acquisition and change management strategies. Kaushik has held leadership positions at companies such as PennyMac, Amway, ACS Group, BMC Software, Birlasoft, and Techna International Corporation. KAUSHIK is experienced in organizational change management, employee benefits, and global recruiting operations. KAUSHIK holds a certified post-merger integration specialist (CPMI) degree from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA), specializing in M&A process, strategy, deal types, hostile takeovers, post-merger integration, and corporate governance. KAUSHIK also has a social psychology certificate from Wesleyan University.

Additionally, Kaushik holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Social Service, with a focus on HR, training and development, and management.
