Emily H. has held the position of Human Resources Director, EMEA at Inotiv since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at W.BOYES & CO.LIMITED from June 2020 to November 2021.

Emily H. obtained their MSc in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2008-2010. Emily also obtained a PG Certificate in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2008-2010. Additionally, they obtained a PG Certificate in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2008-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Queen Margaret University from 2002-2005. Emily also obtained a HNC Scottish Tourism and Foreign Languages certification during this time. In 2010, they obtained a PG Cert HRM certification from Edinburgh Napier University.
