Marian Lipping

Marian Lipping has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Marian is currently the People & Culture Director at iNova Pharmaceuticals since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at BD, a global medical technology company, from October 2018 to November 2022. Marian also worked at Colgate-Palmolive for a significant part of their career, holding various HR roles including Director of Global HR Projects, Director of Global People Development, and Associate Director of Human Resources. Marian has extensive experience in people and organization development, HR management, and project management.
