Andrea Waitt

Director of Operations, Event Platform at Inova

Andrea Waitt began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at McKinsey&Company. In 2008, they moved to Verticali as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. In 2012, they joined Inova as VP of Customer Success Operations, where they were responsible for planning and implementing processes, automations, guidelines, best practices, and improved inter-team communications. Andrea also trained team members on new procedures and created and maintained related documentation. In addition, they managed the Inova Support team and related tasks and coordinations between product, product marketing, CS, DevOps, and technical services leaders and resources. Andrea also served as Head of US Office, where they planned, coordinated, and led teambuilding workshops and events for US office and remote employees, as well as conducted ROB calls with EU to present USO needs to the head office. In addition, they co-managed local support for office services and supplies. Andrea then took on the role of Head of Customer Success US, where they managed all CSMs and PMs supporting North American customer base, and hired, onboarded, trained, and mentored team members. Andrea also coordinated local teambuilding. In 2022, they focused on Tier 2 CSM team only. In addition, they served as Customer Success Director, Event / Pharma US, where they led, grew, and mentored the US-based customer success and project management team for Inova's pharma clients. Andrea also created and coordinated processes, documentation, and alignment across EU and US CS and project management departments and interfaces with related departments. Andrea also led the professional services team for Inova's software solutions for the conference market and supported Inova’s US sales team in all presales activities including presentations, product demonstrations, and analyses. Lastly, they served as Presales and Marketing Manager, US Office and Technical Account Manager / Presales Consultant, where they developed and expanded relationships with key accounts through interactions and consultations with users and potential users, innovation and reinforcement in training and adoption strategies, and consultation and/or analysis on special projects. Andrea also performed solution demonstrations, requirements gathering, and other pres-sales tasks, as well as managed continuity within accounts throughout the implementation process.

Andrea Waitt attended Carroll College from 1989 to 1996, where they earned a BA in Writing and English. Andrea then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Interpretation from New York University between 2017 and 2019. Andrea also holds a Level I Customer Success Foundations certification from Growth Molecules\u2122, which they obtained in January 2023.
