Ravi Teja Koneru has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Ravi Teja started their career in 2008 as an IT Recruiter at Prohires, where they provided recruitment process outsourcing services. After working for Prohires for almost 2 years, they transitioned into software engineering roles.

From 2010 to 2014, Ravi worked as a Software Engineer at Jiva InfoTech Inc., gaining valuable experience in software development. Ravi Teja then joined Futluz Technologies in 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2018.
