Chris Ponsler

Chris Ponsler has over 25 years of experience in sales recruiting and management. Chris is currently working at Inovalon as the Principal Sales Recruiter & Sr. Director, Sales Recruiting, where they lead a team that supports various sales functions. Prior to that, Chris worked at Salesforce.com as the Principal Sales Recruiter, responsible for building and managing sales organizations across multiple verticals. Chris has also worked at Taleo, SAP, VeriSign, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Vanstar, and Adecco/TAD Technical in various recruiting and management roles. Throughout their career, Chris has focused on recruiting for sales positions and has experience in different industries such as technology, healthcare, and marketing.

Chris Ponsler attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a BA in Sociology with a focus on Law & Society.
