Tushar Shah

Tushar Shah has worked in various software engineering roles throughout their career. Tushar is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Inovalon, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Software Engineer at Inovalon from January 2020. Before joining Inovalon, Tushar worked as a Principal Software Engineer at the same company from May 2011 until January 2020.

Earlier in their career, Tushar held positions at Mastech, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2011 to January 2012. Tushar also worked at Solstice Medical as a Sr. Software Engineer from October 2009 to April 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Software Engineer at Global Arya Corporation from January 2008 to November 2009.

Before joining Global Arya Corporation, Tushar worked at Cybage as a Sr. Software Engineer from November 2006 to December 2007. Tushar started their career as a Design Manager at Amtel Security Software Pvt. Ltd from September 2004 to November 2006.

Tushar Shah holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Gujarat University. Tushar also obtained a certification in Strategic Focus for Managers from LinkedIn in 2020.
