Mark Edwards

Mark Edwards is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO and Company Secretary at INOVIQ Ltd since November 2022, Mark has previously held positions at Medical Developments International, where roles included Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer, and at Cogstate as CFO and Company Secretary. From 2007 to 2014, Mark contributed to the Mulgrave Country Club as a Board Member and Finance Committee member, focusing on strategic governance and financial oversight. Mark began a career at Ernst & Young, serving as Audit Senior Manager, where responsibilities involved executing external audits for diverse clients. Academically, Mark holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University and is a Chartered Accountant recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
