Susan Yoon

Susan Yoon has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Susan began their career in 2002 as a Functional Consultant at InSystems. Susan then moved to Workbrain in 2004, where they held the same role. In 2007, Yoon joined Infor as a Project Manager for Infor SaaS and then as a Project Manager for Application Management Services in Infor Consulting Services. Susan then became a Senior Project Lead for Infor Production Hosting. In 2017, Yoon was promoted to Senior Service Delivery Manager for Infor Cloud Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Inovium as a Project Manager/Consultant.

Susan Yoon completed their HBsc in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute. In August 2017, they also obtained their ITIL Foundation Level certification from the International Institute for Learning.
