Oksana Motlyuk

Oksana Motlyuk has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2013. Oksana began their career at SoftServe as a Career Advisor in 2013. In 2016, they moved to ELEKS, where they served as an HR Manager. In their role, they managed 150-170 employees, advised and trained management levels on personnel matters, organized onboarding of new employees, planned and organized performance reviews, and monitored project teams to identify and prevent risks. Oksana also took part in teambuilding activities, created and maintained HR processes and procedures, and conducted HR talks and psychological clubs. In 2020, they joined Inoxoft as a People Operations Business Partner Lead.

Oksana Motlyuk attended the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapists, Geshtalt from 2015 to 2020 and obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
