Lisa Flaman has a diverse work experience. Lisa currently works as a Research Associate II at Inozyme Pharma since September 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from October 2017 to September 2021. Lisa held the position of Technical Associate II and was responsible for various tasks related to human tissue biochemistry assays, tissue collection, and maintenance. Lisa also designed human and bovine cartilage, bone, and synovium explant co-cultures and organ-on-a-chip models. Lisa'swork supported a joint project with SpaceX and NASA called Tissue Chips in Space, which aimed to study the effects of micro-gravity and therapeutic interventions on post-traumatic osteoarthritis.

Before joining MIT, Lisa worked at LFB USA from July 2015 to October 2017 as a Research Associate. Lisa'sresponsibilities included designing and preparing constructs for the generation of therapeutic antibodies and screening founder animals for the presence of transgenes.

Lisa's career began as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire from January 2013 to May 2015. Lisa also had a brief stint as a Research Intern at LFB USA from December 2014 to January 2015.

Lisa Flaman has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Genetics from the University of New Hampshire, which they earned between 2011 and 2015. Lisa then pursued further education and obtained a Master's of Science degree in Biotechnology specializing in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2017 and 2019.
