Kristian Serup

Kristian Serup has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristian currently holds the position of Business Partner & Head of Employee Experience at Inpay, a rapidly growing company in Denmark. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Denmark as the Head of Operations in Consulting and also served as the Practice team lead in the People & Organisation, Consulting department. Kristian has also held the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Before joining PwC, Kristian worked at Deloitte Danmark as a Manager and Senior Consultant in the Human Capital, Consulting division. Kristian gained experience as a Consultant at Hillerød Kommune, The Danish Heart Foundation, and Dansk Sundhedsinstitut (DSI). Additionally, they worked as a Student Advisor at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and as a Market Research Analyst at Nielsen. Kristian started their career as an Advisor at Styrelsen for Statens Uddannelsesstøtte and as the Head of Customer Service at Grønnegårds Teatret.

Kristian Serup holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sociology (Organization and Management) from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include "HR-jura i praksis" from PwC Danmark in June 2021, "PRINCE2® - certificering i projektledelse" from Teknologisk Institut in March 2019, "Thomas Person Profil Analyse (PPA)" from Thomas International Danmark in March 2016, and "General Intelligence Assessment (GIA)" also from Thomas International Danmark in February 2016.
