Merrill Csuri

Merrill Csuri is the Chief of Staff & People Operations Director at Inpher. Merrill has a long history of working in various HR and management positions. Merrill's previous company, CredSimple, was where they first made a name for herself as the Director of Employee Engagement. In this role, Merrill was responsible for many of the company's HR processes and procedures, including developing the Employee Handbook, overseeing performance management and disciplinary action plans, and building out comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes.

Merrill was also responsible for managing payroll and benefits, as well as workers comp and unemployment with multiple states. In addition to their HR duties, Merrill also served as the "Chief of Staff" for CredSimple. In this role, Merrill liaised with the legal team, managed the G&A budget, ensured monthly expense reconciliation and vendor bill pay, updated the chart of accounts in coordination with the external CFO-as-a-service, ensured the payout of R&D tax credits, and coordinated the completion of income taxes.

When CredSimple began to experience rapid growth, Merrill was tasked with leading the office operations team in search of a new office, coordinating the relocation and buildout, and outfitting the new office to accommodate the 300% headcount growth in just two years. Merrill also managed the sub-tenants and coordinated all office management duties.

Merrill Csuri has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. They also have a Master of Arts in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. In addition, they have a Diploma from the Marine Academy of Science & Technology. They also have various certifications from Coursera in topics such as coaching, leadership, change, emotional intelligence, plant science, and model thinking.

Their manager is Jordan Brandt, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Kevin McCarthy - VP, Business Development, Alexander Petric - VP, Solutions, and Dimitar Jetchev - CTO & Co-Founder. and Agata Zaza - Office Manager & People Operations Associate reports to Merrill Csuri.
