Glenda Shore joined IOHK as a HR Manager in 2017. A senior HR professional, Glenda has over 15 years' international experience across several different sectors. A strong advocate of driving human capital strategies, Glenda's focus is on areas such as organizational structure, compliance, total rewards, compensation, and promoting an engaged workplace.
Glenda holds a master's degree in operations management from Dublin City University, another master's degree in environmental science from Queens University, Belfast, and a bachelor's degree from Maynooth University. She is currently training as a psychotherapist.
